SUNDAY SCHOOL CLASS The Women’s Class meets at 10am every Sunday, upstairs in the Youth room. The class averages 40-50 women on a regular basis. It is a great environment to connect with other women and learn the Word as it pertains to women. There are many activities that are arranged for the class to encourage relationship. SINGLE MOMS GROUP The Single Moms are led by Avonelle Letang. This is a growing ministry that has a very special place in the Women’s Ministry. If you would like further information, please contact Avonelle at 540.710.4469. |

We are women of the Body of Christ

"show forth His love to all who hear
and believe"...choosing to not be led
by our own desires and emotions, but
to follow the leading of the Holy Spirit
and show forth His wisdom.
We are the light in a dark place and we
choose not to keep it to ourselves, only
for our growth & benefit. We make
ourselves willing vessels to be filled up
& poured out for the building up of the
Body of Christ!

| FEEDING THE HOMELESS Ministry to the homeless at the Hilda Barg Shelter for women & children, has been established. At this time we are managing this ministry through the Women’s Sunday School, but we are looking to expand our base. | Sunday School Class for Women: Facilitator: Donna Fullerton Sundays, 10:00 AM -- Youth Room The study is by Lisa Bevere, "Fight Like a Girl". "Is this an insult or a pleasure to know that you are a woman?" That is the question we will be looking at throughout this study. It is complimented by a DVD series, but we will take the time to delve into the Word and really look at what the Lord says about who HE made us to be as women, both in the secular world and in the church world.
